Somewhere to store your change and your Peptos.

Here's a little something (somethings) I made up before Christmas - little coin purses as stocking stuffers. They were so easy, and are super cute (even if I effed every single one of them up in different ways). Mostly I'm happy with how they turned out.

I used the Lil Cutie Pouch tutorial on Noodlehead.

I even whipped up one for myself:

It's the perfect size for keeping my important purses items in (read: Pepto Bismols and Tylenols 'cause I'm old). It was also a good use of the tons of fabric I've been hoarding. For example, the two fabrics I used in the last pouch are fabrics I bought at Liberty when I was in London in October. I love them so much, but I am afraid of using them because 1) they are so lovely and I don't want to waste them and 2) they were expensive and I don't want to waste them. I also have a habit of buying fat quarters because... just because. This is a perfect project if you are also hoarding fat quarters.

I might make another, slightly bigger, pouch with the Charley Harper cardinal print fabric from Birch that I've been sitting on for a year now.I don't know what use I have for a slightly bigger pouch... iPad warmer? Book protector for your purse? We'll see.
